How 阅读 is written
Stroke order matters: it sets the proportions of the character and how a reader will parse it. In the trainer these same boxes reject a stroke drawn out of turn.

Not to be confused with
Characters that look or sound alike. The trainer mixes them into the answer options for exactly that reason — so the difference sticks.
